Lisa Vanderpump is going through one more class motion lawsuit from a former worker of SUR.
Olivia Beverly Hanson filed the lawsuit on behalf July 31 on behalf of herself and others who labored at Vanderpump’s West Hollywood, Calif. restaurant, which is featured on Vanderpump Guidelines. Based on the paperwork obtained by E! Information, Hanson is accusing Vanderpump and her husband, fellow restaurateur Ken Todd, of breaking a number of California labor legal guidelines.
The submitting claims that for no less than the previous one to 4 years, Vanderpump and Todd didn’t pay staff minimal and extra time wages, present correct meal and relaxation breaks, present correct wage statements or present staff with pay stubs on the finish of their employment.
Hanson claims she labored at SUR from Oct. 2019 to Jan. 2020. Her obligations on the upscale eatery included “seating patrons, confirming reservations and answering telephones,” the lawsuit states.
